How do I get started with my new Minecraft server?
After purchasing a server plan, you'll receive login details for our control panel. Log in, select your Minecraft version, and click 'Start Server'. Your server will be online within minutes. For detailed instructions, check our Getting Started guide in the documentation section.
How can I install plugins or mods on my server?
You can install plugins through our one-click installer in the control panel. For custom plugins or mods, upload the files via FTP or the file manager in the control panel. Most server types (Spigot, Paper, Forge, etc.) are supported, and we provide detailed guides for each in our documentation.
My server is lagging. What can I do?
Server lag can be caused by multiple factors. Check your server's resource usage in the control panel. Consider optimizing your server settings, removing resource-intensive plugins, or upgrading your plan if you're consistently using all allocated resources. Our support team can help analyze performance issues.
How do I backup my server data?
All our plans include automatic daily backups that are stored for 7 days. You can also create manual backups anytime from the control panel. To restore a backup, navigate to the Backups section and select the backup you want to restore.
How do I renew my subscription?
By default, all subscriptions are set to auto-renew. You can manage your subscription settings, including payment methods and billing cycle, from your account dashboard. If your subscription has expired, you can reactivate it from the same page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, cryptocurrencies, and bank transfers for most regions. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption to ensure your payment information remains safe.
How do I transfer my existing world to NexusCloud?
You can easily upload your existing world save through our control panel. Simply compress your world folder into a ZIP archive, navigate to the File Manager in the control panel, and upload the file. Then use the 'Import World' feature to extract and set it as your active world.
Can I change my server plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade your server plan at any time from your dashboard. The price difference will be prorated for your current billing cycle. Downgrades will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
