Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NexusCloud Pro services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time and will notify users of any significant changes.

Service Description

NexusCloud Pro offers a comprehensive suite of services designed to enhance your game hosting experience. Our offerings include game server hosting, server management tools, DDoS protection, technical support, automated backups, and access to a custom control panel.

Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account, keeping payment information up to date, and complying with our usage policies. You must also ensure that your data is regularly backed up, manage your server content responsibly, and promptly report any security issues.

Payment Terms

Payments for our services are processed securely through established providers. Services are billed on a monthly or annual basis, with refunds available within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that late payments may result in service suspension, and any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance, and we are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of our policies, payment issues, abusive behavior, illegal activities, or prolonged inactivity. Users may also choose to terminate their account at any time through the control panel.

General Terms

  1. Hosting services may experience interruptions at times. It is recommended that you regularly back up your data, especially if you are a Shared Hosting user.
  2. Usage of RAM, CPU, and disk must align with the package you have purchased. Do not overload the server beyond its specified capacity.
  3. Reselling of purchased hosting services is not permitted.
  4. Excessive spamming of server start/stop/restart commands during errors is prohibited.
  5. Storing data that is unrelated to the server's functions is not allowed.
  6. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from errors or server downtime when backups are not maintained.
  7. In cases where errors occur due to user actions, we will provide assistance to the extent possible, but we are not liable for any resulting damages.

Refunds and Disputes

  1. No refunds will be issued after the purchase of credits or services, unless otherwise specified in special conditions.
  2. All purchases are considered final. Customers are advised to thoroughly review product descriptions and understand the terms and conditions prior to purchase.
  3. If a purchase process is not completed within 3 x 24 hours, customers are entitled to request a refund by contacting our support team.
  4. Please retain proof of transaction for warranty or refund claims if necessary.

Cancellations

  1. Servers that have been suspended for more than 1-2 days without notification will be automatically removed from the system.
  2. Using the server in violation of our policies may result in service termination without further notice.
  3. Excessive usage that exceeds the specifications of your purchased package may result in temporary or permanent service suspension.

Illegal Use

  1. The use of the server for illegal activities, such as hacking, DDoS attacks, or other unlawful behavior, will result in permanent account closure without prior notice.
  2. It is strictly prohibited to use the server to distribute pirated software, viruses, malware, or any content that infringes on copyright laws.
  3. Cryptocurrency mining or any activity that places an excessive burden on the server without written permission is prohibited.
  4. The use of DriveBackup Plugins is not allowed due to its heavy CPU usage, especially since an auto-backup feature is already provided (note: private hosting users may use it).
  5. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if any violation of these policies is detected.
